Are all products suitable for sensitive skin?
Without exception, yes. The skin compatibility of all our natural cosmetics has been dermatologically tested by independent institutes. All products have been tested on test persons with sensitive skin and have scored “very good”. This confirms the very good tolerance of our cosmetics.
What do the products smell like??
One of our ingredients is orange oil, which retains skin moisture while providing a subtle, fresh, optimistic fragrance at first application. Farewell to winter blues and cloudy thoughts! The fragrance is then very subtle, soft and slightly powdery.
Do you provide samples?
We do not offer samples, and for good reason! Our experience shows that the skin needs some time to get used to new products, especially when you switch from conventional cosmetics to natural cosmetics. A single application is not enough. But you can return our products if you don’t get along with them. There is no risk for you.
What does the PETA logo mean??
The PETA logo on our website indicates that our products are vegan and have not been tested on animals. Vegan means that we do not use any products made or derived from animals. Neither our products nor our ingredients have been tested on animals, which is prohibited by the Animal Welfare Act in Germany.
What kind of ingredients do you use??
All ingredients are listed under “Ingredients” on the product pages. Transparency towards our customers is important to us. If you have any questions about an ingredient, please feel free to contact us.
How long does the delivery take??
On working days we deliver orders that are received by us before 14:00 on the same day, otherwise delivery takes place on the following working day.
You also deliver to packing stations?
Yes! Simply select your packing station in the delivery address during the ordering process.
With which parcel service do you deliver?
We exclusively use DHL for delivery..
